Early Childhood System of Care Integration Initiative:
Family Resource Center Cross Sector Grants, Child and Family Connecting Point Grants
The San Francisco Department of Early Childhood (DEC) announces its intent to seek applications from non-profit and other organizations to enhance the early childhood system of care by increasing access to family support activities for expecting families and families with children birth to 5 years old. Approximately six (6) grants will support cross-sector relationship building between family resource center(s) and other family serving entities. Approximately six (6) additional grants will support new points of access to family support activities. This Request for Grant Applications (RFGA) will describe the expectations of applicants for each of these new grantmaking areas and the application process and instructions
