We are pleased to announce that the Department of Early Childhood (DEC) will allocate an additional $1.25 million to its annual funding allocation for the Family Resource Center Initiative (FRCI) community partners. This funding is a testament to the FRCs’ invaluable role in strengthening the existing capacity and implementing basic needs programming at FRCs. The funding will be available annually for current FRCI grantees from FY2024-25 through FY2026-27, for a total of $3.75 million.
