Parenting can be a challenge but we don’t have to do it alone! This group is for Black Identifying Mothers, designed to help prevent depression that can come from being a new mother and build tools to manage challenges that can affect a mother’s ability to connect with her baby the way she desires. This is a safe space for Black mothers to learn techniques to manage stress while supporting each other and sharing experiences.
