The Department of Early Childhood (DEC), along with the Department of Children Youth and Their Families (DCYF) and the San Francisco Human Services Agency- Family and Children Services (H.S.A.-FCS), has released a Request for Grant Applications (RFGA; formerly known as RFP) inviting experienced entities interested in providing Family Resource Center (FRC) Services to apply for its next FRC funding cycle beginning in July 2024.
Important Update: Due Date Extension and Page Limit Changes for RFGA Summary, Form E, and Form F
- Form E: A pre-existing excel formula calculation within the fringe benefits section of the main agency budget excel sheet has been revised. Additional clerical errors throughout the spreadsheet have been made to update the old language from First 5 SF to DEC and update the fiscal year.
- Form F: Corrects page limits for multiple sessions. Corrected page limits are highlighted in yellow. Questions C3-C9 were inadvertently omitted in the most recent 1/23/24 update and have been re-added here.
Please be advised that the RFGA Summary, Form E, and Form F have been updated. The due date has been extended to Thursday, February 1, 2024, at 12:00 pm. Additionally, the page limits in Form F have been changed. For more information, please refer to the updated forms on our website.
